Delivery

Important notice - The delivery of the product is scheduled for January 2024. Please note that customers cannot request a delivery date and time.

Shipping of all products is scheduled as described, but there may be delays without notice depending on the number of applications.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the shipping area.

Customs duties and fees

Please note that the price of the product does not include any customs fees, duties and taxes that may be required during import at the country of destination. The customer is fully responsible for paying any customs fees, duties and taxes that may be required at the country of destination.

Cancellations

This product cannot be returned or cancelled for customer convenience after the order has been confirmed. We do not accept orders made by mistake. Please check carefully all customs requirements for importing the product at the country of destination before placing your order. Please note that we will not reply to a cancellation request. Also please note that payment transactions will be processed immediately after the order is completed.

For Chinese customers

Shipping to China may be limited in quantity and amount. Items will be shipped together for each order and cannot be shipped separately. If you purchase multiple items, please be careful not to exceed the restrictions in your area, such as dividing the order. If customs clearance is not possible, we cannot guarantee it.

For Taiwan customers

From July 1, 2022, all individual imports in Taiwan will require the registration of consignee information in the new Taiwan Customs system "EZ way" in advance. Please download the EZYWAY application of Taiwan Customs and register your mobile phone number. If you do not register, the package will be returned by customs and we will charge you the return shipping fee. Also, please note that new shipping fee will be charged for reshipment.

For Ukraine customers

Due to the ongoing invasion of Ukraine we cannot ship directly. Please contact hello@bearbrick.audio for assistance in ordering BE@RBRICK AUDIO products. We will assist you in making sure you can also experience our products.

If you cannot confirm receipt of the product

If you contact us within the period stipulated by our company, we will resend the product that was returned without being received. In that case, the re-shipping fee will be paid by the customer at the actual cost. Items that you did not receive in the end after storing it for 3 month period of time, we may dispose of it or otherwise dispose of it.

Exchange / return of goods

If you wish to exchange or return a product, please contact BE@RBRICK AUDIO team by email usersupport@bearbrick.audio. Please exchange or return the product within 8 days after delivery. In addition, exchange and return of goods will be limited to the following cases. Please note that before ordering, please note. *In the case of defective products * If the item is different from the ordered one (limited to unopened items).

Exchange / Return Shipping

If it is due to our company (defective / wrong product), return it to BE@RBRICK AUDIO User Support team by cash on delivery. In that case, we will bear the shipping cost. Also, please note that any defects or damages that occurred during transportation from our company to the customer will not be considered defective. The package is for product protection. We cannot replace it due to damage.

Exchange or return is not possible in the following cases

  • When scratches, damage, stains, etc. occur at the convenience of the customer;
  • If more than 8 days have passed since the arrival of the product without any special circumstances;
  • For products that have been "opened and unpacked";

Returning orders:

As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations. If the item is returned without being received, we will charge the round-trip shipping fee and the cost for the return.

Replacement of defective products and purchase of parts

Change of address

Request for change/transfer of delivery address after the sales or shipment cannot be accepted. Please be sure to enter the shipping address you wish to ship at the time of purchase. If you plan to move at the time of purchase, please enter the new address and place an order. If there are any typographic errors in the address you entered when ordering, we will accept to correct it.
